Service Title and Overview

Full-body massage services: To promote the smooth flow of Qi and Blood, soothe muscles and sinews, balance the mind-body state, and ultimately achieve holistic health and harmony.

Acupressure: By stimulating specific points (acupoints) on the body's surface, regulating the flow of Qi and Blood within the meridians, thereby activating the body's own potential restorative capabilities and restoring internal balance (Yin-Yang harmony), with the aim of relieving discomfort and improving health.

Cupping Therapy: Through negative pressure suction, promoting local Qi and Blood circulation and clearing meridian stagnation, to achieve the effects of relieving pain, relaxing muscles, and dispelling pathogenic factors (such as Wind, Cold, and Damp), thereby helping the body restore balance and self-repair capabilities.

Moxibustion: Utilising the power of warmth (usually generated by burning mugwort - Ai Cao) to stimulate specific meridian points (acupoints) or body areas, with the purpose of warming and clearing the meridians, dispelling Cold and Dampness, promoting Qi flow and activating Blood circulation, and tonifying Yang Qi, thereby adjusting body balance, preventing and treating diseases, and strengthening overall health.

Foot Reflexology: By stimulating reflex zones on the soles of the feet that correspond to the body's organs and systems, this promotes Qi and Blood circulation and helps clear the meridians, thereby activating the body's potential for self-regulation and repair, with the aim of balancing mind and body and improving overall health.

Traction: By applying gentle and sustained traction to open up joint spaces (especially spinal joints), this aims to reduce nerve compression, relieve muscle spasms, and improve circulation, ultimately for the purpose of reducing pain and restoring function.

Joint Mobilization: Maintaining the body's flexibility and range of motion enables us to perform daily activities and exercise smoothly. It also promotes synovial fluid circulation, nourishes cartilage, and delays joint degeneration and stiffness, making it fundamental to preserving physical function and quality of life.

I will tailor the selection of therapies to each client's specific needs and condition, ensuring the most effective relief and relaxation possible.
